axl you got some balls to dick around for 14yrs and finally come up with this god awful song, get over your ego and get your old band back together, they re not doing anything either.
i cant wait to hear the rest of the record, granted i wont buy it, but wait until one of my chump buddies does and shows up with it. so i might have to wait a while but whatever.

Tropical and Beach Bedding
Dean Miller is a man on a mission. His mission was to create an entire line of home décor products just to remind him of all the beauty and relaxed vibe that the Hawaiian Islands offer. Dean Miller has brought the captivating look and feel of Hawaii right into your bedroom, and now you can transform your home into a breath taking tropical paradise where you will forgot about all about the hustle and bustle of your everyday life. Your room will be your own complete island sanctuary.
Every one’s dream is to live in a remote beach house on a sandy shore, but even those of us not living on the ocean's edge can indulge our dreams with a new bedroom make over. It all starts with replacing your old comforter or duvet cover, which is the centerpiece of your room. It is the first thing someone will see when they enter or glance into your bedroom. If you only have enough money to replace one thing, this is the item that should be replaced. You can paint the walls at a low cost to match your bedding, which will bring a whole new feel to your space.
Transforming your room to feeling like you are in Hawaii on that remote sandy beach can be done right in your own home, at not a great cost either. While you may not actually feel the sand between your toes in your room, you will feel like an island oasis has been brought to life.
Remember back in the days when "Star Wars" and NFL logo sheets where the ultimate in prepubescent cool? So now that you've grown up and been forced to allow muted pastel, 200-plus thread counts and weird things called pillow shams and duvet covers in your bedroom, what do you do?
If you're Dean Miller, the founder of the Hawaiian shirt-like bedding company Dean Miller Surf Bedding, you switch the light sabers for surfboards, Tie Fighters for a 1960s Woody and turn all the little Death Stars into hibiscus flowers that even the most Martha Stewart-esque woman wouldn't mind on her bed.
Dean Miller had had enough of trying to buy sheets that didn’t fit his lifestyle, and couldn’t find anything for a relaxed surfer who visited Hawaii twice a year. So he set out to capture the laid back vibe that encompasses the Hawaiian Islands, and made his own bedding set out of a couple old Hawaiian shirts. This was back in May of 1999.
Miller, then 28, came up with the idea for Hawaiian-print bedding while he was immersed in the beach and surfing culture of the Balboa Peninsula. But when it came to actually making the linens, he didn't know a thing.
"I pinned the first duvet cover together with a general picture of how I thought it should look, and I took it to a local dry cleaners to have them sew it together," Miller said. "I had no idea how these things were made." This simple act allowed a new genre of bedding design to be born; the beach had now been brought indoors. There are so many fun options you can utilize to feel like you are on a vacation without leaving town, like pin some grass hula skirts to the outside of your box spring to have your bed do the hula.
Now Dean Miller Hawaiian Bedding has expanded their business to more than 20 different fabric patterns, 12 different house ware items, including palm tree-embroidered towels, shower curtains, baby blankets, custom printed surfboard sheet sets, and even offer rugs in the shape of a surfboard!

How to Get Free Stuff with Your Credit Card
Would you like me to tell you how to get basically anything you want for free, shipped and dropped off at your very own doorstep for FREE!
Here is what you do:
Go to any online retailer and order something with your credit card, it doesn't matter which credit card you use, but i have heard that American Express is starting to tighten up on their policies, so maybe use a Visa or Mastercard for the time being. It really doesn't matter which bank issued it, they all basically have the same policies regarding charge backs.
When you place the order you can use all your information as you would normally, enter your billing and shipping info, and have the order shipped to you.
HERE IS THE KEY -- when the stuff arrives make sure that UPS or FEDEX or whoever is contracted to deliver the goods, simply drops it off at your doorstep, in other words, DO NOT SIGN FOR THE ITEM. when these carriers do home delivery, they will always simply leave the item on your porch or doorstep and scan it in as being delivered or left on your doorstep. they do not require a signature because the company you ordered the goods from did not and will not use the signature required option on home delivery because it costs a couple of dollars more per package.
now call your credit card company and say you never got the item, you can say you ordered the item(s) but you have never received them, and TELL THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY YOU DON'T WANT A REPLACEMENT, you have decided to get something else instead. here is the thing, your credit card company, since you did not sign for the item, and nobody signed for the item, always backs the consumer or credit card holder and will issue you a credit to your account. this is called a charge back.
your credit card company sends a notification to the online retailer saying what you are saying, its a pretty basic form, and asks for proof of delivery. since you didn't sign for the package, there is no WRITTEN proof of delivery that you received these goods. the online retailer will supply the tracking number which only states that the "package was left on the front porch." you will get your money back on the purchase, and the retailer will have to eat the purchase, knowing darn well you received your goods.
the package sent through UPS or FEDEX is also automatically insured for up to $100.00 when the item is shipped, so the online retailer will get some of that money back, unless they happen to insure the package for more, which of course costs the online retailer more money.
This is a direct quote from the response Wells Fargo Merchant Services says to a merchant's claim to dispute the credit card holder's claim of not receiving the goods:
"We received your transaction and tracking information, but the proof of delivery is not signed. For this reason code, a proof of delivery signed by the cardholder or person designated by the cardholder to receive the merchandise is required. In future, please provide a signed POD for this reason code."
WHY AM I TELLING YOU THIS? because i own a small business and have had this happen to me a few times and it is absolutely and utter bullshit that i lose out the money of this sale when i shipped the goods to your freakin' billing address, and then you claim you didn't get it!! my own credit card company who does my merchant services has NEVER backed me or helped me win these disputes, nor have i EVER won any of these charge back disputes. and for the record, i use Wells Fargo for my merchant services (i.e. credit card processing), not some cheesy company that you might expect this kind of action from.
so i say go out and exploit this loophole in your credit card policy and maybe with online shopping becoming more popular daily these idiotic bank policies will change to help aid their merchants who by the way i make more money for them any of you average credit card holders. don't forgot visa or MasterCard gets about 3% of ANY online purchase you make from the online retailer to process your credit card, that's how they make their money.

Top Five Albums of My Time
these are listed in no particular order:
1. Nirvana - "Nevermind" - my main reason for choosing this record is not because of the angry almost non musical noise on it, but more because this record killed the whole glam and hair rock bands scene. Nirvana gave music back to the fans, instead of Axl gracing the stage for us with his presence, and for this i thank you Kurt.
2. Social Distortion - "Live at the Roxy" - i used to say that this was one of my favorite albums because it was as close to a greatest hits records as SD would ever release, but then they actually released a greatest hit album! but it doesn't matter, this record contains every solid white trash ode by Ness you'll ever want to hear, and captures SD's raw live show.
3. Sublime - "40oz to Freedom" - i like bands that can start a whole new genre of music, i.e. dub, and basically never have any one even come close to competing in this genre with them, i.e. Bob Marley. this record i can listen to over and over again, i think i have bought this record over 4 times cause it keeps getting worn out or lost. it's a crying shame drugs took Bradley away from writing another decade of insane music, but then again we wouldn't have three insane sublime records full of drug hits, and references, so its kind of bittersweet. i also love the fact that either this record or robbin' the hood (which is pretty just as bad ass too) was apparently recorded on an 8 track for next to nothing. just goes to show if you got the skills and desire to play, make it happen! but seriously why do i keep going to Long Beach Dub All Star benefits for Brad's kids or wife or whoever? i know that fucker's estate has to be getting sweet royalty checks, more than i make in a year most likely.
4. Jane's Addiction - Live at the Roxy

Surfing at San Onofre Today - 2.21.08
around 11:00am today i went for a surf at San Onofre State Beach, hit it by the point, a touch to the north to be a little more beach breaky since i took out a 6'1", it was coming off high tide, a little sloppy cause of the wind, but it was fun, some of the sets were a little under head high, like i said it was a little junky so kinda had to pull in, maybe get a quick turn before you kicked out or try a floater or some sort of a foam climb, whatever you re into, i like surfing it makes me feel good.

Hawaiian Bedding
So I'm out looking for new bedding the other day, and I went to all the big retailers, you know the usual three boring department stores that have the same old stuff that no one really likes, but basically there is no where else to go. So what am i to do?
I start searching the internet for something cool and unique! I'm a guy who loves the beach and the ocean, even though i Live NO WHERE near it! So i stumble upon this website that sells Tropical and Beach themed comforters and sheets! Totally cool stuff, i couldn't believe it!
I went ahead and bought the DM301, cruisin' hawaii design because it looked the best to me, and i like the old woody car vibe it had. Then i see they had Surfboard Rugs and lots more surfing themed home decor, now my place is totally radical and I too dream of hawaii everyday!
